Voter's Assembly: 
All men of our congregation are requested to attend Voter's Assembly meetings regularly to dutifully attend to church business.

Board of Education:

The purpose of this Board is to oversee the operations of our Christian education programs and parochial school.

Board of Elders: 
meets 1st Tuesday, 6:30 pm

The Board’s primary responsibility is to monitor the spiritual condition of the congregation. Two ways they do this is to check the attendance figures for worship, as well as the number of communicants that attend the Lord’s Supper each time it is offered.  They work with Pastor to remove any obstacles that would prevent faithful worship and/ or reception of the Sacrament.

Board of Stewardship/ Evangelism: 
meets 1st Tuesday, 8:00 pm

This Board has the responsibility to encourage congregational members to use the gifts and talents with which our Lord has blessed each of us to support the work of the church.  These members promote fellowship opportunities within our congregation,  as well as efforts to reach out to others in our community to share our faith.

Board of Trustees: 
The Board of Trustees is responsible for maintenance of the church, school and four residences.  They oversee the upkeep and improvements of our facilities.

Board of Finance: 

Oversees the financial affairs of the congregation.  Makes sure committments are met , bills and salaries are paid, and provide for the maintanence of properties.  This committee is comprised of the President, Treasurer, and Financial Secretary.

 

Board of Gift Trust Fund: 
Handles bequests that are willed to the congregation.  This fund maintains a minimum principle balance, and interest is used to benefit the church.
